One visit.
Full clarity.
Each test returns one specific clinical-grade insight. Combine two or more in a single visit for the fullest read on your physiology. Still deciding? Take the 60-second quiz.
DEXA Body Composition Scan
The gold standard for body composition. It charts fat mass, lean tissue, and bone density region by region at ±2% clinical accuracy, so you understand what your body is built from, not just the number on the scale.
VO2 Max Test
The most reliable single predictor of long-term health and lifespan. Walk or run on a treadmill while we measure your aerobic ceiling, then build the plan to lift it.
Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Test
Off-the-shelf calculators can miss your real metabolism by as much as ±20%. Breathe into a mask for 15 minutes and walk away with your exact daily calorie baseline, so your nutrition runs with your biology rather than fighting it.
Combined Testing Bundles
Combine any two tests, or take all three in one visit, for a fuller read and a lower rate than booking each on its own.

Quick answers
Common questions.
DexaFit combines clinical-grade equipment with data-powered reporting drawn from over a decade of real-world measurements across four continents. Most providers leave you with a number. We give you the number, the context behind it, the likely drivers, and a clear next step.
Yes. A DEXA scan uses a very low dose of X-ray radiation, well below a standard chest X-ray and close to a few hours of the background radiation you encounter every day. The technology has been used across hospitals and research for decades and is regarded as safe for most healthy adults.
The DEXA scan runs about 8 minutes. VO2 Max takes roughly 15 minutes. The RMR test is about 15 minutes of relaxed breathing. Combining all three usually has you in and out within an hour, including check-in and a results review.
On GLP-1 therapy, the DEXA scan is the one to prioritize. It reveals whether the weight you are losing is fat or muscle, something the scale cannot show. Roughly 1 in 3 pounds lost on GLP-1 is lean mass, and a DEXA tells you whether you are in that group. Add RMR for the full metabolic picture.
Yes, and we encourage it. DexaFit reports rely on the same clinical technology and terminology physicians use. Many clients share their results with a GP, endocrinologist, sports medicine doctor, or dietitian. The data slots right into a clinical conversation.
Most clients come back every 3 to 6 months to track how their body is answering training, nutrition, or protocol changes. A single session sets your baseline. Repeat sessions show you what is working, down to the tissue level.
